Shipping & Returns
No contract between you the Purchaser and TheDisabledShop.com will be in existence until a processing confirmation e mail has been received by you The Purchaser. The sending of such e mail constitutes acceptance of the order by both parties. Ownership of goods ordered will pass to the Purchaser once TheDisabledShop.com has received payment in full for the goods.
On receipt of your order and payment processing, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, from TheDisabledShop.com and from the encrypted payment providers, Protx. This constitutes acceptance of order. Your order is then forwarded to the appropriate supplier on the date of receipt of such order provided that it is received before 12.00 noon. Should the order or part of the order be out of stock or not available, you will be notified as soon as we are advised, and may then amend, or cancel all or part of the order, or may elect to receive a “back order” when the product is available at no extra postage cost.
Every purchase made shall be deemed to be executed in the United Kingdom, and such United Kingdom Law shall govern each and every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases, whether such goods are despatched overseas by special arrangement after the cost has been advised and remitted or within the UK.

DELIVERY
The standard delivery period is usually 3 – 5 days from receipt of order. The period is approximate, and as stated above. Should part of the order be out of stock or not available, you will be notified as soon as we are advised, and may then amend, or cancel all or part of the order, or may elect to receive a “back order” when the product is available at no extra postage cost.
You can keep track of your order status yourself with the facility on “your Account” the standard Returns Policy applies to all purchase made from TheDisabledShop.com site.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to advise us as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event that you received goods which were not as ordered, or which are damaged or defective or not as stated on your order form, the DisabledShop.com shall at its own option make good any shortage or non-delivery, and replace or repair any such goods or refund to you the amount paid PROVIDED that we are made aware of such problem This offer is made without influencing your statutory rights.
CANCELLATIONS AND/OR RETURNS
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed, by emailing to info@thedisabledshop.com. As no expense has been incurred refund will be made in full.
If you have already received the goods, or if they have been despatched, these should be returned by arrangement to the goods provider at the address shown with the accompanying paperwork, with the Returns number allocated clearly indicated, and with your name and address enclosed. Goods already received must be returned to the provider unused and undamaged and with the original packaging. This will enable a speedy refund. The cost of return of undamaged goods/cancelled orders is at the expense of the Purchaser. The Purchaser may be charged a restocking or handling fee by certain suppliers.
When we have received notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the Contract, in accordance with these terms, any sum debited to the Shop from your credit or debit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods you wish to return are received by the provider within that time and in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
