What is Vat Exemption |
| Most of our customers are exempt from VAT by virtue of their chronic disability. However, certain products are not eligible for Vat relief
, so a description of the VAT status is given along with the price of all items within the shop . If you qualify for VAT exemption
then you will need to complete the self-decleration of exemption on this site , just prior to completing the checkout process
. The checkout stage will give an indication as to the amount of VAT that is being collected on behalf of the Revenue by us ! You are exempt from paying VAT on the items as relevant if : Individuals : If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products
are for your personal use. You do not need a Doctors letter or other such

disabled person for their personal or domestic use. Non-eligible customers : If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full 17.5% VAT on the whole of your order.
