Dento Bathlifter with Blue Covers

The Dento reclining bath lift is lightweight and easy to use, and can be unpacked and placed directly into the bath without any assembly or installation. Simply lift the backrest into its upright position, slide the fully charged battery into its slot, and you are ready to bath. The bath lift can be separated into two pieces at the flip of a lever, reducing the weight of each individual part to less than 6kg. The Dento bath lifter has an automatically reclining backrest, which reclines up to 40 degrees and has a high backrest for neck support. The seat is comfortable and comes with removable seat and back pads, for easy cleaning or replacement.

The seat covers can be unbuttoned and are made of skin friendly hygienic materials - antibacterial, dirt and of course water resistant and are machine washable. The ergonomically shaped backrest gives a comfortable sitting position in the bath.They are supplied with a flowing handset, charger, and plug type connection for the hand control. Easily transported and the backrest automatically reclines to 40 degrees. Side flap deflectors are supplied as standard for use in baths with handgrips.

What is Vat Exemption?

What is Vat Exemption
Most of our customers are exempt from VAT by virtue of their chronic disability. However, certain products are not eligible for Vat relief , so a description of the VAT status is given along with the price of all items within the shop . If you qualify for VAT exemption then you will need to complete the self-decleration of exemption on this site , just prior to completing the checkout process . The checkout stage will give an indication as to the amount of VAT that is being collected on behalf of the Revenue by us !

You are exempt from paying VAT on the items as relevant if :

Individuals : If you are chronically sick or disabled and the products are for your personal use. You do not need a Doctors letter or other such documentation. Full details can be found at

Charities : Where the goods are made available by the charity to a disabled person for their personal or domestic use. Full details can be found at
HM Customs and Excise, Notice 701/7, Supplies to charities.

Buying for someone else : If you are buying this product for or on behalf of someone who is chronically sick or disabled and the product(s) is for their personal use.

Non-eligible customers : If you are not eligible for VAT relief, we are obliged to charge you the full 17.5% VAT on the whole of your order.
